I became "virtually unemployable" by choice

After a decade running my own HR businesses — 3,000+ placements, S$30M, HR Vendor of the Year — I realised the corporate hamster wheel wasn't for me. At my last job interview, the hiring manager worried about my "influencer status." They were right to be worried: I was already building my own door instead of knocking on theirs.

Today I live at the intersection of HR tech, content and solopreneurship. I've spent 12+ years creating #FutureOfWork content, host podcasts interviewing the region's top CHROs, and wrote No More Bosses for Penguin Random House.
